Lead tracking in place
The situation
SimpleStore was a Sydney consumer retail brand with a strong product and an international audience.
The challenge
There was no go-to-market foundation. Positioning wasn’t defined, there was no launch plan, and the leads coming in from early marketing were untracked and going cold.
The objective
Give the brand a clear position, a phased way to launch, and a pipeline that didn’t leak.
My approach
Ran demographic research and studied customer engagement to define the core audience.
Defined positioning and messaging for that audience.
Built a phased launch roadmap with early pilot campaigns.
Set up founder-led content as a lead generation channel.
Implemented HubSpot for lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
Coordinated omnichannel goals, client briefs and content across digital and in-store.
