Content was going out ad hoc. I built a system the in-house team could run on its own, and engagement went up 68%.

Platforms run as one system
The situation
Amber ran paid and organic social across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, with content writers and graphic designers working on each campaign.
The challenge
Content went out on an ad hoc basis. There was no platform-specific strategy, no approval step, and no reliable way to tell which posts were actually driving engagement.
The objective
Turn social into a repeatable system that grows engagement, and that the internal team can run without an agency.
My approach
Built a content system tailored to each platform instead of one post everywhere.
Planned the content calendar ahead of time so publishing stayed consistent.
Designed an approval workflow that removed founder bottlenecks.
Set up weekly reporting through GA4 and Facebook Insights, tied to engagement and follower quality.
Watched trends and platform changes, and refined campaigns as the data came in.
Trained the internal team to run the whole system themselves.
What I built
Platform-specific content playbooks
A pre-planned content calendar
An approval workflow
Weekly performance reports
Training for the in-house team
The results
Engagement went up 68% and the brand added more than 20,000 new organic followers. The internal team now runs content production on its own, with no agency dependency.
What made it work
Writing for each platform instead of cross-posting
Making decisions from weekly data, not gut feel
Handing the system over properly so it outlasted my time there
