Work at the agency was distributed across people, tools, meetings, and informal status updates, with no single source of truth for what was actually happening.

Create that one source of truth for leadership — without making the operating layer heavy or slowing the team down.

Designed a 10-database Notion OS connected to live Google Sheets reporting, then built out the dashboards, ownership fields, review workflows, leadership views, and reporting cadence around it.

Leadership gained clearer control over priorities, risk, finance, delivery, and follow-through — with one system everyone actually used.
