About Solvra
Solvra connects strategy, growth, operations and technology for founders and leadership teams at a turning point. Work ranges from a focused Diagnostic to Strategy Sprints, three to six month Transformation Programmes and retained Advisory.
Every engagement runs through five stages: Diagnose, Clarify, Design, Activate and Transfer. The goal is a team that needs me less by the end, not more.
